I just wanted to let you know that the new modem works greats. Thanks so much for configuring it for me because all I had to was plug in and go. My wireless connection works beautifully. I appreciate your prompt response and support. I've been with you practically since day one and with your personalized service that is almost rare to find anymore...I ain't going anywhere :)

I wanted to let Linxure now how helpful Peter Johnson has been. He is so cheerful and kind to those of us lacking in computer knowledge. I no longer feel embarassed to call and find that I'm starting to enjoy trying out new things on the computer. Thank you for the support.

I've worked in IT for over 30 years, and I've used a lot of ISP's in the last 15 years or so (early Prostar member here) and I've got to say yours is the best. No spam, no viruses and every service inquiry has been handled quickly.

Your service to your customers continues to amaze me. I have been on your wireless service since October 2005 and in December experienced slow signal strengths. I I contacted Linxure and you were out to test the signal strength. You even braved the roof to access the antenna during the rain on a wet cedar roof. You determined that additional interference was degrading the signal and suggested an alternate plan to me switching to DSL while you worked the problem at Linxure's expense. You have even credited my account to the date of my call to Linxure and assured me that the wireless problem is being work and a solution could be only weeks away. I look forward to your great customer service in the future and my return of wireless services. Thanks for all you do and the team at Linxure.

I didn't realize how bad that I had it with Earthlink until I hooked up with Linxure last week. It even seems to be faster than Comcast. I am so pleased with my choice of Internet providers and have told anyone who'll listen how good Linxure is! Thanks

You folks need to know how seriously comforting it was to access our e-mail this last week. We took a ride on Hurricane Wilma, Cancun, Mexico. After 4 days of lockdown in a shelter, we walked into Playa Del Carmen and found a small internet "cafe" and logged on. It brought tears and shakes when Linxure popped up on demand and we were able to establish communication with family. Thank you for whatever magic it is that you do that keeps your system up and running. And, oh, for the filters that kept my in-box clean!

I contacted your office about a down load problem I was having with my e mail. Tom was very helpful in explaining Out Look Express short comings and suggested that I start using Mozilla/ Thunderbird. I have since done so and my problems seem to be resolved. Thank very much Tom! This type of service is excellent, which I'll be sharing with my relatives and friends.

This is the first time I've been to sea since whitelist was implemented. I've been logging in to Stratosnet with guest access and remotely sending and picking up my email. The combination of remote access to the email server and only getting a few junk messages thanks to whitelist is not only quite convenient, it's proving to be a significant financial savings for me. I don't know if you've considered advertising in _Pacific Fishing_ or some more local maritime venue, but that combination that allows me to economically pick up my email at sea without using a new email address may be a fairly unique one. Another piece of this puzzle is Eudora's ability to check the sizes and leave the larger messages waiting on the server. I don't know if Outlook Express can conveniently do this or not, but it is necessary for using the same email address at sea at which I receive photos & forwarded avi's at home.

Anyways, thanks again for making Linxure the valuable resource it is. I continue to be a very happy customer.

Just a note to let you know how much I am already enjoying DSL which you helped me get up and running this morning. The sending of mail and searching the web and downloading is so much faster compared to previous, it is great. In addition it does not tie up our phone line which makes my wife happier.

Being somewhat handicapped and some what restricted I spend a lot of time on the computer so I think I will really enjoy having DSL.

You made your logo "you're a customer, not a statistic" come true for me yesterday! Thank you so much for going out of your way to come over and install my modem for my new DSL connection. Plus after I went to 4 different stores trying to find filters for my phones you came up with a couple out of your private stock Also, thank you for fixing it so the spam is almost gone! I use to get up to 100 per day. Today I have received maybe 10.

This gives me an opportunity to do that which periodically crosses my mind, but never follow through. I have been an email user from their earliest stages, and have consequently been a subscriber to several different servers - AOL, three times! Your service is the very best I have ever subscribed to! I can't recall any of them sending out notices, warnings, or explanations, as you have, and with others, I fretted through many weekends, in particular, not knowing if it was my computer or the server. I don't know how you are able to do this, but I do want you to know that in this very, very frustrating world of communications, it is deeply appreciated, and I hope you are able to maintain such a wonderful service. I am 80 years old, and I like things as simple as possible...(:))

Just want to say thank-you to you all there at Linxure, and yes I did check out to see if I had the [W32/Blaster] worm, just in case I might have been infected before the DSL, but I am safe. I did download the patch from Microsoft some time ago also. Just want to say you guys are doing a great job helping people and keeping them informed.

Frank came by today and got me changed over ... to your new wireless service and I just wanted to send you a note and let you know what a great job Frank did :) He's a keeper.

You probably already know all this stuff, but he was on time, great personality, knew what he was doing, and was very helpful. A big difference from the level of service that I've received from your competitor. I really enjoyed his company and besides the excellent service he gave me, I got to make a new friend in the process.

Please give him my kudos for an excellent job well done, I really appreciate it and will be happy to recommend your company to my friends.

I have been with Linxure for quite some time now and they are much better than any other ISP that we have ever used. Almost never a problem, but should you have one you can just pick up the phone and talk with a real live person who is very helpful and gets your problem taken care of as you talk. I have referred 3 or 4 other people to them and they are still using their service and are, also, very happy.

I spoke to you [Frank] earlier today about my problem connecting to the internet. You were able to fix the problem quite quickly. As I mentioned, I had been to a couple of forums looking for help without much success. I posted again at these forums, telling them that the problem was fixed by my ISP. Everyone at the forums said that I really had a great ISP. (Apparently, many of them have problems with their ISPs.) So, I just wanted to pass that on to you and offer my thanks again.

I think of all the online services we have tried, I like Linxure the best. Nice people, and I have no complaints about getting online whenever I dial up. We have tried AOL, MSN, Earthlink, and US West, and you guys are the best. Keep up the good work!
