Linxure collects contact information from its customers both over the telephone or from the online signup form on this website. Linxure is the sole owner of this information and is the only entity with access to it. Linxure does not sell or rent this information, or customer email addresses, to anyone. Linxure uses mailing information for billing purposes only, we will not mail you advertisements via postal mail. Linxure will use customer email boxes for system notices related to maintenance schedules and pending improvements which may affect the services Linxure provides to its customers.
Only the named account owner may access or change any information we have on file regarding a customer account. We provide an authentication mechanism for this called a secret phrase. If an account has no secret phrase and a change to an account is requested, we will do callback verification to the phone number we have on file for the account. Emails sent from outside the Linxure network requesting changes or cancellation of an account are ignored, because we cannot verify their authenticity. If you need to cancel a Linxure account and cannot send email from your Linxure mailbox, you must call us at (360)825-7225. We strongly encourage customers to set a secret phrase on their accounts to protect them from unauthorized changes. Make certain that you can easily remember it, because if you have a secret phrase on your account and you forget it, we will require a letter signed by the account owner in order to reset it and make changes to the account.
